Error:
E1000 Failsafe
E1229 CPU2 VCORE

Replaced motherboard and CPU 2 from Dell support. System not showing error. Now stops and asks for F1 or F2(setup) to continue. Tech says we need to enter a service tag into BIOS using a DOS utility (attached):

Next step is to make bootable DOS cdrom/floppy to run this utility and load it via a USB device. It is theoretically possible to PXE boot into a DOS image, but we have not tried it.

Resolution 2/1/2008 - Asked for Dell to dispatch onsite technician to expedite this. Tech discovered that issue was actually due to the CDROM controller being enabled and not finding a drive. He did also set the BIOS service tag.
