The ATLAS-LIVE monitor is a NEC P521-AVT purchased near the beginning of April 2011. It is located in the hallway just outside West Hall 348 (the Michigan ATLAS video conferencing room).

The relevant IPs:

  • atlas-live.physics.lsa.umich.edu --- The IP address assigned the PC which runs SCALA
  • atlas-dtune.physics.lsa.umich.edu --- The add-on (-AVT) component which can run IPTV and other options (not used currently)
  • necp521.physics.lsa.umich.edu --- The monitor's IP address used for external control. Should support email alerting and SNMP. The SNMP seems broken: a) Unable to set a community and b) unable to "write" (set) entries listed as RW in the documentation.

The monitor was configured by Shawn on May 18, 2011 to turn-on weekdays at 6:59 AM and turn-off at 8:00 PM. On weekends it turns on at 8 AM and off at 5 PM. The security code is 1920 and the monitor was set in locked mode.
