Site Blacklisting via DQ2 Commands

If you want to exclude your site from DQ2 you need to use the dq2-set-location-status command.

The specific command is:

dq2-set-location-status -S AGLT2 -p dfruw -s OFF -r "unscheduled downtime due to failing network"

To restore (unblacklist) use the -s AUTO option and a suitable message.
